I ordered lenses on the condition that they be ready the day before my eye-muscle surgery. A week before the due date I called MyEyeDr to be sure the lenses would be ready.

I received a promise from the store manager that they would be. On the day I needed them, they were not ready and I had to call the store late that afternoon to find that out. Without the new glasses my surgeon could not make the final adjustments as accurately as possible had I had the new lenses. I did later get the new lenses, but too late.

I wrote to MYEyeDr management over two weeks ago and have not yet had a reply. Neither the store nor the company management seems to care about their customers.

Product or Service Mentioned: Eyeglass Lenses.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $420.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Front desk staff, Being lied to then being ignored, Non response from top management.
