I had an appointment scheduled at 830am on a Friday. I walked in at 0820, I was asked, "can I help you?" I informed the lady I had an appoontment at 830.

She looked and stated "I dont have an appointment scheduled for you. Are you sure youre at the right place?" I assured her I was at the correct place and the lady that shouldve scheduled my appt told me to bring my insurance info as most data was lost in the transition from Alleghany Optical to My Eye Dr. So, here I am for my appt with my insurance info. She proceeds to tell me I have no appt scheduled and asked if I was willing to come back later that day and they would squeeze me in.

I absolutely am not willing to come back as I have a job to go- i was scheduled to be at work at 0730- I went in late so I could go to this nonexistant appointment apparently.

My family of 3 will no longer be participating with this group. Onward to searching for a new eye doctor
